DETAILED ITINERARY
Day 01:- :- Arrival Shimla – Local Sightseeing.
In the afternoon our representative will meet you in Shimla & drive to the hotel. On arrival after check-in & fresh-up visit Local Sightseeing Like Jakhu Temple (According to Mahabharata Myth Hanuman Ji rested while Searching for Sanjeevani Plant),Vice regal lodge (which was once the residence of British Viceroy of India which is now converted to advance study for its academic use) Kali Bari, Lakkar Bazar, Scandal Point, Church The Mall Road & Famous Ridge, etc.
Day 02:- :- Shimla- Kufri- Sightseeing.
Today Morning drive to Kufri. Kufri is a small hill station in Shimla district of Himachal Pradesh state in India. It is located 13 km from the state capital Shimla on the National Highway No.22. Visit Himalayan Wildlife Zoo which hosts rare Antelopes, Felines and Birds including Himalayan Monal, Himalayan bears and other rare birds and animals. You can enjoy the Adventurous Activities there in Adventure Resort Kufri. In the evening returns back to Shimla hotel.
Day 03 :- Shimla – Kasol (220 KMS/6-7 HRS).
Today morning check out from the Shimla hotel and drive to Kasol. On the way, visit Kullu Valley, Pandoh Dam, Sundar Nagar Lake, Hanogi Mata Temple, Kullu Vaishno Devi Temple, Kullu River Rafting Point and Shawl Factories.
Day 04:- Kasol- Maikaran sightseeing & Manali drop.
Today morning checkout from the hotel drive to Kullu and Manikaran sightseeing tour. Visit Sandhya Gayatri temple and ancient Shiva temple at Jagatsukh. After that visit to Kasol & Manikaran on the way. It’s a full day of sightseeing. Manikaran is a famous pilgrimage place situated in Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh State. This place is famous for Shiva temple, Ram temple, Gurudwara and hot water springs. Manikaran is in Parbati (Parvati) valley. Parvati valley is the largest valley in Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh state in India covering 90Kms length and 1085 sq.Km area. The Himalayan range of hills at Manikaran is called Shivalik range. The Parvati River flows beside the Shiva temple and Gurudwara. The starting point of Parvati river is at Mantalai. Many hot water springs are found at various places in and around the main area of Manikaran. After sightseeing, drive to back to Manali
Day 05 ;- Manali To Rohtang Pass & Solang Valley Up to Snow Point (52 KMS) ATAL TUNNEL.
Today morning, drive to sightseeing on Rohtang Pass(up to snow line if Rohtang Pass is closed due to snowfall),Solang Valley is quiet and is best approached by road. The drive up to Solang is extremely picturesque. Once you are there, try out some Chinese food from the local roadside shacks, and enjoy the views. The road ahead is blocked since a tunnel to Koksar (a village ahead of Rohtag La) is now being built there. Rohtang Pass is a high mountain pass that connects Manali to the Lahaul and Spiti district. Enjoy Skiing, Horse Riding, Yak Riding, Snow Scooter ride (on your own expenses if available there). After that return back to Manali. Note that due to non availability we will cover sightseeing up to Solang Valley, Atal Tunnel.
IMPORTANT: National Green Tribunal is allowing only limited vehicles to Rohtang pass per day. So Rohtang Pass/ Snow Point Sightseeing by Own Cost or By Us if Available Permit – Pay on the spot according Union rate…. Rohtang Pass tour will be on extra cost.
Day 06:- Manali to Naggar Castle & Chandigarh Drop.
Today morning checkout from the hotel & drive to Naggar for a sightseeing tour. Visit Naggar Castle, Art Gallery and Museum. Enroute Sandhya Gayatri temple and ancient Shiva temple at Jagatsukh. Later on drive to river rafting point (Enjoy white water rafting on direct charges) and then proceed back to Manali, on the way visit Kullu shawls factories. The Castle was converted into a rest house. After sightseeing, drive back to Chandigarh Airport/Railway-station or onwards to your destination. This would be your tour’s end but sweet memories always remain.
INCLUSION:-
1. 02 nights Shimla, 3 nights Manali.
2. Same cab for sightseeing for 6 days
3. Sightseeing as per itinerary.
4. All applicable taxes & Parking, govt, service Tax, Toll Tax, Green Tax and Driver Expenses.
EXCLUSION:-
1 Airfare/Train Tickets.
2. Heater Charges.
3. Any expenses incurred due to Exigencies.
4. Monument /Camera fees and entry fees.
5. Any Adventure Activities Paragliding River rafting Skiing etc..
6. Any type of Local Transportation excluding the provided sightseeing as per the itinerary and any kind of local expense during stay in hotel
7. Expenses of personal nature such as Volvo Baggage handling, tips, telephone calls, laundry, liquor etc.
8. Any other item not specified in ‘cost includes’.
9. Guide & Entrance fees during sightseeing.
10. Laundry, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water (unless specified), telephone charges, shopping, all items of personal nature and also food and drinks not forming the part of the group menus.
