*The Travhim Holidays Terms and Conditions*

*Booking Confirmation:*
1. Upon booking confirmation, The Travhim Holidays will issue a booking invoice detailing the tour package, inclusions, and payment details.
2. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the booking. The deposit amount will be communicated during the booking process.

*Payment:*
1. Full payment for the tour package must be made before the commencement of the tour, unless otherwise specified in writing by The Travhim Holidays.
2. Payment can be made via bank transfer, online payment gateway, or cash. Payment instructions will be provided upon booking confirmation.

*Cancellation and Refund Policy:*
1. Cancellations must be made in writing to The Travhim Holidays.
2. Cancellation charges may apply as follows:
– More than 30 days before the tour departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
– Between 15-30 days before the tour departure: 75% of the total tour cost.
– Less than 15 days before the tour departure: 100% of the total tour cost.
3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days from the date of cancellation.

*Amendment Policy:*
1. Amendments to the tour package (such as change of dates, accommodation, or itinerary) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Requests for amendments must be made in writing to The Travhim Holidays at least 15 days before the tour departure.

*Travel Documents:*
1. It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents (such as passports, visas, permits, etc.) are valid and obtained prior to the tour departure.
2. The Travhim Holidays shall not be liable for any consequences arising from the traveler’s failure to obtain the necessary travel documents.

*Travel Insurance:*
1. Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, loss of belongings, etc.
2. The Travhim Holidays can assist in arranging travel insurance upon request, but it is the responsibility of the traveler to review and purchase the policy.

*Liability:*
1. The Travhim Holidays acts only as a tour operator and shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person, property, or otherwise, in connection with any transportation, accommodation, or other services provided by third-party suppliers.
2. The Travhim Holidays reserves the right to modify or cancel any tour package due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events. In such cases, alternative arrangements or a refund will be offered at The Travhim Holidays’ discretion.

*Jurisdiction:*
1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.

*Acceptance:*
1. By booking a tour package with The Travhim Holidays, the traveler acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
